Viktors Farmor is a Danish travel agency specializing in journeys to unconventional destinations. The challenge was to refresh the brand and define a new communication strategy that could reflect the depth and authenticity of the travel experiences — far beyond typical tourist imagery. The insight was simple yet powerful: people convey more about a place than architecture and nature ever can. Based on that idea, a new visual and strategic direction was created — one that tells stories through atmosphere, intimacy, and human connection rather than polished landscapes.

Creative direction

A glimpse into real life

The art direction focused on creating emotional proximity and authenticity. Small compositions and visual snippets serve as narrative fragments — inviting the viewer to explore rather than simply observe. Each image feels like a glimpse into real life, emphasizing texture, sound, and atmosphere over perfection. Sound design was also explored as part of the concept: subtle ambient recordings that allow the audience to hear the essence of a place — blending travel, memory, and emotion into a cohesive brand experience. This approach transformed Viktors Farmor’s communication from classic travel advertising into something more experiential and poetic — a brand that invites people not just to see the world, but to feel it.
