Art director & brand designer

A cohesive brand universe for the Danish bathroom brand Cosani — built to unify a diverse product range under one clear identity.

Role: Brand designer

Scope: Brand Philosophy, Visual Identity, Website Design, Storytelling, Campaign & Content

When I started working with Cosani, the company represented a wide range of international bathroom brands, each with its own visual language. The challenge was that the overall identity lacked cohesion — the brand felt more like a collection of suppliers than a curated design destination. The task was to unite everything under one creative direction. To define a visual and tonal framework that could hold many brands together, while still expressing Cosani’s own point of view: calm, modern, and distinctly Scandinavian.

The art direction focused on balance and cohesion. I developed a visual universe that highlights Cosani’s role as a design curator — emphasizing composition, whitespace, and materials in a way that connects the different brands under one aesthetic. Photography, tone, and layout were simplified to create a lighter, more editorial expression — a brand that feels design-driven rather than retail-oriented. Through campaigns, digital storytelling, and visual structure, Cosani became more than a distributor: a brand that represents modern design culture.

Jesper Langberg

Cosani & Frostline CEO

“Lasse has been a key part of our visual development and brand identity work. Despite his young age, he shows a rare mix of curiosity, creative maturity, and drive. He takes full ownership of his tasks, brings strong ideas to the table, and always follows through with a sense of structure and responsibility. A dedicated team player — ambitious, reliable, and genuinely good to be around.”

The website and digital presence were redesigned to reflect that shift.

The structure was built to guide visitors through collections and products without losing the overall sense of brand identity. Typography, spacing, and muted tones echo the minimalist approach of Scandinavian interiors — creating a consistent experience across every touchpoint. The result is a refined and unified brand universe that communicates design quality and curatorial confidence across multiple international labels.
