AARTUR is a event developed to establish a connection between artists and the community, promote art and creativity, and enrich the cultural and art environment in the Danish city of Aarhus through exciting and engaging gallery events.

The orange and gray gradient form the foundational elements of AARTUR’s identity. The orange is rooted in the sun, symbolizing the journey around Aarhus between the galleries. Additionally, it refers to one of Aarhus’ distinctive features – the rainbow on ARoS. The gray element draws inspiration from the architectural characteristics present in Aarhus’ prominent buildings such as DOKK1, City Hall, the School of Architecture, and the harbor. This underscores the blending of colors in the journeys between galleries and what one experiences in Aarhus’ cityscape. For practical application, the black and white shades can be used as contrasting elements to both the orange and gray gradients.
